William S. Rosenstadt Esq. serves as a corporate and securities attorney for the firm of Spitzer & Feldman, P.C. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Rosenstadt served as a law clerk for Federal Court Judge James Garrity, of the Southern District of New York.
